We take a deposit for appointments at the time of scheduling. This deposit will apply to the cost of your appointment, and is fully refundable if your appointment is canceled 48 hours or more in advance. However, for late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) and no-shows, the deposit will no longer be refundable and will be instead billed as a late cancellation charge. Note that if an appointment is rescheduled or canceled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time, no cancellation charges will be incurred.
